Celebrate Purim with Malkhut & our collaborators!
J-POP DEMON HUNTERS: A Wicked x K-Pop Purim Spectacular: This Purim, we’re remixing the Megillah into a high-energy pop fantasy where spectacle rules, demons lurk, and music just might save the day. Enter a world of glitter, drama, and resistance where catchy hooks meet ancient courage and the story we think we know gets flipped on its head. This event is appropriate for Olim (7th grade) and older.
For our youngest Malkhuniks, it's time to dress up and dance for joy with our musical friends at Tkiya, co-sponsored by PJ Library! There will be singing and playing together with instruments, scarves, and puppets as we celebrate Purim together. Come in costume (adults can dress up too). We will have nut-free hamantashen for all! This event is geared towards families with children 0 through age 5 and their caregivers.
Join The Jewish Center of Jackson Heights and Malkhut for a joyous, community-wide celebration of Purim. We will have live Klezmer music by Kvetch, craft tables, face painting, a photobooth, snacks, and will raucously revel as we make noise during our community Purim spiel. Sunday, March 1 from 2:00-5:00 pm at the Jewish Center of Jackson Heights!
