This year, Malkhut is planning three fun Purim events with our collaborators!

Join Malkhut and PJ Library for a joyous, family-friendly celebration of Purim. Come dressed up in your favorite costume, bring your noise makers, bake and bring cookies for our hamentaschen party, and enjoy a musical celebration of Purim with the one and only Stephen Figurasmith! In addition to the festive fun, help us spread chesed (lovingkindness) by packing mishloach manot sandwiches for our local community fridges. This event is geared towards families with kids ages 0-8.

Grab ahold of that Esther energy, and drape it in Barbie pink for Erev Purim! Malkhut and Queens Jewish Project are hosting a Very Special Barbenheimer Purim on Saturday, March 23rd at 7PM at LIC bar in LIC. Wear your glam pink and festive fedoras to join in the shenanigans as community members entertain us with a megillah that takes place in the magical land of Shushan! Come early to grab a nosh and decorate a name tag. Capacity is limited to 40 people, so register early to reserve your spot! The  event is supported by UJA-Federation of New York.

For our youngest Malkhuniks, it's time to dress up and dance for joy with Madricheh Stephen Figurasmith. There will be singing and playing together with instruments, scarves, and puppets as we celebrate Purim together. Come in costume (adults can dress up too). We will have hamantashen for all, but feel free to bring some to share. This event is geared towards families with children 0 through pre-K and their caregivers.
